These terms apply to SpringandRichwedding Wedding Updates, the text-messaging program run by SpringandRichwedding for the guests invited to our wedding.
SpringandRichwedding Wedding Updates sends text messages to invited guests about our wedding: the save the date, the invitation with a personal link to RSVP, confirmation of your RSVP, and event updates such as schedule, venue, or travel information. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not send messages on behalf of anyone else.
You join the program only by agreeing to receive wedding texts from SpringandRichwedding: either by telling us directly when we ask, or by ticking the optional text-message box next to your phone number on your invitation page. You will receive a confirmation text as soon as you opt in. Agreeing to receive text messages is not required to attend the wedding or to RSVP. See how opting in works.
This is a recurring message program. Message frequency varies and is typically a few messages in the months leading up to the wedding. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. To join again, reply START or contact us.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network coverage. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; availability may vary.

We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page, with the effective date shown above.
